they call this part of california the gold coast... it's not really southern california, not yet central california, but in between the two.

it was finally time to trade in our van, which was always a bit of a lemon, for this, which we hope won't be.









and 3. something else new:




the kids brought home this dog, who looks like a little brown bat who lost his wings. his name is dash, and he seems to be deathly afraid of me.
