Let's see...

I left the film industry
Spent some years as a photo and writing freelancer
Moved six times
Worked a few ten dollar an hour jobs that ended badly (yes, a few)
Almost certainly lost years of life from insane stress
Lost much of my hair
Lost and found and lost and found love
Wrote a shit ton of words
Made some little movies
Shot a lot of groovy photos
Didn't make much money.

Did I learn some things?
Sure did.
Did I grow up?
I still don't even know what that means.
Most likely that answer is still "no."
That's okay with me.

What else has changed?
Well, a great adventure has begun.
That changes only everything.
